Shri. N. K. Goenka – Director
One of the scions of the Goenka family, Shri. N. K. Goenka is the guiding light in many of the Goenka ventures. He is a philanthropist who has rendered considerable services via the Laxmi Charitable Trust. In recognition of his services to society, the Maharashtra Government has appointed him a Special Executive Magistrate.
Shri. V. D. Goenka – Director
Combining a rich experience of directorship and philanthropic activities, Shri. V. D. Goenka provides the right vision to SourcePilani in charting new territories. Shri. V. D. Goenka brings along a rich expertise gained from being the Chairman of a number of companies like Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., International Knowledge Park Pvt. Ltd., among others.
H.E. Shri. R A Goenka – Director
With rich experience in Industry and Trading Activities, Shri R. A. Goenka is an advocate of globalization and spearheads various joint ventures across the world. He is the honorary Consulate General of Kenya. Shri. R.A. Goenka is also the chairman of a number of companies like Sanjana Cryogenic Storages Ltd., Zenith Press Ltd., Multiformas Co. LLC.
Manoj Vasudevan – CEO
The Chief Executive Officer at SourcePilani, Manoj is the dynamic force behind SourcePilani’s success. A first generation entrepreneur, Manoj graduated from `BITS Pilani in 2006. Manoj has been well recognized in India for his visionary leadership. An FYSE Paragon Fellow, and the recipient of IIM Lucknow’s inaugural Social Prerna award, among other accolades. In his free time, Manoj enjoys go-karting and running.

Bongu Bharat – Head of Operations
Bharat is a BITSian of the 2008 batch. Bharat was the driving force behind team SourcePilani winning the ISB iDiya Social Venture of the Year award. Bharat brings to the table a thorough understanding of the rural markets that SourcePilani operates in, having extensively interned with another BITSian startup, MobileMedics. Bharat is an avid cinegoer apart from being a passionate photographer.
Pramod Majety – Head of the Medical Transcription
Pramod Majety brings along a sound sense of logistic efficiency from his prior stint in Larsen and Toubro. Heading the highly important Medical Transcription team, Pramod also has a thorough in-depth understanding of the local HR scenario. An aspiring business analyst, Pramod prepares for his CFA certification, when not indulging himself with music, movies and books.
